We cut these bloomer pants from a light linen blend dyed in soft peach pink. The silhouette builds lantern volume through the calf before gathering into ruffled lace at the hem. An elastic waistband with a functional tie keeps the fit easy around the hips.

Ruffled lace cuffs. Gathers pull the wide leg in toward the ankle, finishing with bands of cotton lace and a soft ruffle. The trim sits loosely against the lower calf without pinching.
Elastic drawstring waistband. We set a wide elastic band through the waist and threaded it with a matching front tie. It pulls on quickly and settles wherever you prefer to wear the rise.
