We cut these cropped pants with a dropped crotch and rounded lantern legs that bow out before tapering slightly toward the hem. The mid coffee linen blend has an open weave that vents heat and softens through each wash. A gathered elastic waistband with an adjustable drawstring keeps the fit easy across the hips.

• Lantern leg shape. Subtle vertical panel stitching creates the curved barrel profile. The leg swells through the calf to give you room to move, then draws in slightly above the ankle to keep the hem clear of the ground.
• Drawstring elastic waist. We built the waistband with a broad band of elastic that sits flat without binding. The matching linen drawstring lets you adjust the hold, whether you wear them high or pull them lower on the hips.
