We cut these with an open palazzo leg that borrows volume from a dropped harem shape. The linen blend keeps the drape loose without collapsing, and the high waistband anchors the excess cloth cleanly. An orange stripe runs vertically through the weave to break up the width.

• High elastic waistband. The elastic sits high on the natural waist and holds firm without gathering into heavy bunches. It lets the extra yardage fall directly from the hips, keeping the front flat while you walk.
• Palazzo harem cut. We opened the leg wide from the upper thigh down to the hem. A subtle dropped rise gives it the room of a harem pant, so air moves through the legs as you take a stride.
• Dropped side pockets. We set deep pockets lower on the outer hip seams. Placing them down there leaves the waistline smooth and adds weight right where the side drape needs to hang.
• Linen blend care. Machine wash on a gentle cycle in cool water or wash by hand. Hang the pants to dry away from direct heat to preserve the stripe, and finish with steam if you want out the travel creases.
