We cut this top from a lightweight linen and rayon blend that drapes close without clinging. The short cap sleeves leave the shoulders free, while the V-neck is set with a band of lace stitched down along the collar. The light army green shade reads muted and earthy.

• Linen and rayon blend. The rayon gives the linen yarn extra softness right away, so the weave settles smoothly against the skin and vents heat easily. It softens further with ordinary laundering.
