We built this piece with a tiered skirt overlay on top of soft inner shorts. The high-rise elastic band sits flat around the middle, while two full ruffles give the outer hem room to swing as you move. The rose cloth is lightweight and opaque.

Elastic high rise. The wide waistband stretches over the hips and settles high on the waist. It stays in place without drawstrings or hardware.
Double tier construction. Two gathered tiers flare out from the waistband down to the hem. The upper layer overlaps the lower for full coverage in motion.
Built-in inner shorts. Under the outer skirt, we set a close-fitting liner short. It stays tucked away and keeps the garment practical for active movement.
Wash and care. Machine wash cold with matching colours to keep the rose shade clear. Hang the piece dry so the ruffles retain their shape.
