We built this skort with a tiered outer shell over a clean inner short. The high elastic waistband pulls on flat and holds without digging. Lightweight fabric gives the double ruffle room to move, dyed in a warm coffee tone that stays opaque through active wear.

• Tiered outer skirt. Two gathered tiers create the volume of a mini skirt while an integrated undershort handles the practical work underneath. The outer shell sits loose around the thighs for easy stride.
• Elastic high waistband. A wide stretch waistband sits high on the waist. It pulls straight on without zippers or buttons, distributing tension evenly around the midsection so the band stays anchored during movement.
• Lightweight weave. The fabric is light enough to let the ruffles move naturally. We chose a weave that breathes well during warm days and holds its coffee brown dye cleanly without thinning out in bright sun.
• Cold wash care. Machine wash cold with matching dark colours to preserve the coffee shade. Line dry or lay flat out of direct heat so the ruffled hems keep their crisp gathered shape over time.
