We cut these lounge pants with a wide, bowed leg that tapers slightly before the hem to keep the volume off the floor. The dense knit holds its shape instead of collapsing like thin fleece. A pull-on waist and contrasting plaid pockets finish the piece.

• Curved barrel leg. The leg bows outward through the thigh and calf, then narrows softly toward the opening. This creates room through the knees while keeping the hem clear of your shoes.
• Plaid pocket details. We set patch pockets on the front in a woven plaid fabric. They break up the solid black base and sit flat against the hip without pulling on the side seams.
