We cut these lounge pants with a rounded barrel profile that arches outward through the thigh before tapering back at the ankle. A wide smocked waistband holds flat across the hips with an adjustable drawstring. The midweight cotton-poly fleece gives the shape structure without weighing down the leg.

• Barrel leg cut. The curve starts below the high rise, widening around the knee and drawing inward toward the lower hem. This keeps the volume off the ankles while leaving ample room through the seat and thighs.
• Smocked drawstring waist. We built the waistband with gathered elastic channels topped with a flat cord. It rests high on the waist, spreading tension evenly so the fabric sits secure without digging in.
• Front patch pockets. Two deep patch pockets sit flat against the front panels. They are set wide enough to hold a phone or cold hands without pulling the barrel shape out of line.
• Fabric and wash care. This midweight knit holds its curved shape through daily wear. Machine wash cold with like colours, skip the bleach, and hang dry to preserve the loft of the fleece.
