A wide-leg trouser cut from ridged corduroy that holds warmth when the weather turns cool. We built in extra room through the thigh and calf, dropping the line straight down to the shoe. The elastic waist adjusts with a self-fabric drawstring so the rise sits where you want it. This cut runs slightly large.

• Elastic drawstring waistband. The waistband uses encased elastic with an integrated drawstring across the front. It pulls tight without bunching thickly, giving you room to sit or walk without pinching.
• Straight wide leg. We kept the leg wide from the hip down to the hem. The cut avoids clinging around the knee and drops in a clean, vertical line over boots or sneakers.
• Ribbed black corduroy. The cotton-blend corduroy uses narrow ridges that trap warmth across fall and winter. The black dye saturates the ribs evenly and resists fading through regular cycles.
• Pockets and care. Deep side pockets sit flat along the outer seams so the line stays clean. Wash cold on a gentle cycle, turn inside out, and hang dry to preserve the pile of the ribs.
