We cut these shorts with a wide leg opening so the fabric clears the skin in the heat. The purple stripe runs vertically down a lightweight linen blend weave that softens as you wash it. A gathered elastic waistband with an adjustable drawcord keeps the fit secure without pinching.

Elastic waist and cord. The waistband combines full elastic casing with a matching drawstring to anchor the rise. It sits flat against the waist and adjusts without digging.
