We lined these cotton-blend sweatpants with soft fleece to hold warmth through cold mornings. The cut curves outward through the thigh before tapering back toward an open ankle hem. You get room to move without bulk dragging around your shoes. An elastic waist with a flat tie cord keeps them where you set them.

• Curved barrel leg. The leg bows gently through the mid-calf and steps in at the ankle. This shape gives your knees space when you sit and keeps the fleece interior from bunching against your calves as you walk.
• Fleece interior weight. A smooth cotton knit on the outside hides a brushed fleece backing on the inside. The inner pile traps warm air close to the skin while the outer face stays clean and flat through daily wear.
• Waistband and slant pockets. An elastic channel anchors the top edge, threaded with a matching drawstring to adjust the fit. We set deep slant pockets into the side seams so hands rest naturally without tugging at the hips.
• Cold water care. Wash them in cold water on a gentle cycle or by hand to keep the inner fleece soft. Hang them up to dry away from direct heat so the cotton shell holds its shape.
