We cut these trousers from ribbed black corduroy with a sturdy hand that holds warmth. Plaid patchwork panels are set directly into the curved barrel legs, which widen through the thigh before tapering toward the ankle. An elastic waistband with a front button keeps the waist flat and uncinched.
