These trousers sit high on the waist with an elastic back and button front. We cut the legs wide through the thigh and taper them slightly toward the ankle, creating a curved barrel shape. The camel corduroy holds warmth through cooler months without stiffening up. Large patch pockets sit flat across the front.

• Barrel leg shape. We gave the legs extra width around the knee and brought the hem back in near the ankle. The seams hold that rounded profile so the cloth stands away from the leg instead of falling straight.
• High elastic waistband. The high rise closes with a front button over an elasticated waistband. It pulls on easily and stays in place without pinching or sliding down when you sit.
• Camel corduroy weave. This corduroy has a soft, velvety pile with distinct ridges that trap warmth. The medium-weight cloth drapes loosely and holds its structure through long days of wear.
• Front patch pockets. Two large patch pockets are stitched directly onto the front panels. They are cut deep enough for cold hands and everyday items without pulling the waist out of line.
