We cut these loose trousers from a soft, lightweight knit with plenty of stretch. The high waist uses side shirring so the band lies flat or folds down to shift the rise. Wide legs fall straight from the hip to a clean hem.

Foldover waistband. The wide waistband features gathered side seams that keep the band secure. You can wear it high on the waist or fold it over to shorten the rise and hemline.
Wide leg cut. The legs run wide and straight from the hip down. Because the knit jersey is light, the fabric drapes without bunching around the ankles.
Side pockets. We set deep slash pockets into both side seams. They sit flat when empty and hold small essentials without pulling down the lightweight waistband.
Fabric and care. The smooth synthetic jersey has built-in stretch and holds its royal blue dye well. Machine wash in cold water with similar shades and dry flat to keep the fabric smooth.
