We cut these lounge pants with a clean, wide leg that falls straight from the hip. The high waistband holds gently with encased elastic, while the dense cotton-poly knit keeps its shape through regular wash and wear. It is a solid black trouser for slow mornings, walking out, and cold floors.

• High elastic waistband. The wide waistband sits high on the waist with enclosed elastic that stretches without pinching. It anchors the trousers securely when you move and lies flat under loose tops.
• Wide leg profile. We shaped the leg broad and straight from thigh to hem. The cut avoids clinging around the knees and gives the fleece weight to drop cleanly to the shoes.
