We cut these with a wide leg that falls straight from the hip and opens along the outer hem. The crossover waistband sits high and stays flat across the front. It is a soft, stretchy knit with enough weight to drape rather than cling.

• Crossover waistband. The high waist uses a folded crossover front that lies flat without cutting in. Elastic runs through the band so it holds its place as you bend and stretch.
• Curved split hem. We curved the outer seam upward at the bottom hem to create an open side vent. The split lets the wide hem sway freely around your ankles and shoes.
• Deep side pockets. Two inset side pockets are anchored into the waistband seams. They sit flat against the hip and are deep enough to hold keys or a phone without pulling down the cut.
• Jersey knit care. The dark gray knit is soft, opaque, and holds its stretch. Wash on a gentle cold cycle with similar dark colors and dry flat or tumble low to protect the elasticity.
