We cut these trousers with front pleats and a relaxed taper down the leg. The corduroy ribs hold structure while staying soft through the seat and thighs. Rolled plaid cuffs weight the hem and ground the dark yellow tone for cooler weather.

• Front pleat cut. Pleats at the high waist give the seat extra volume without bunching. The leg runs loose through the thigh and narrows gently toward the ankle.
