We cut these shorts with the fullness of a skirt, using an open A-line silhouette with tiered ruffled paneling. The aqua blue linen blend drapes loosely and allows warm air to escape. An elastic waistband with an adjustable drawstring keeps the waist seated securely without tight binding.
