We cut this long-sleeve blouse with a closer line through the body than our wide tunics. The rayon-and-linen weave holds a soft drape without stiffening up. A narrow band of crochet lace trims the V-neck, and the light khaki yarn has a heathered, muted tone.

• Linen and rayon weave. The cloth blends rayon with linen to soften the hand while keeping the dry texture of the yarn. It vents heat well, drops straight from the shoulders, and resists the deep creasing of pure flax.
• Lace inset neckline. We set delicate crochet lace along the edges of the open V-neck. The stitching sits flat against the collarbone so the neckline stays open without pulling or puckering after a wash.
• Sleeve and body fit. This pattern runs closer to the frame than our oversized tops. The long sleeves taper gently toward the wrists, leaving enough room through the armholes to move without binding across the back.
