We cut this piece with a double-tiered ruffle hem that swings as you walk, backed by a soft jersey inner short for full coverage. The waistband is wide and fully elasticated, pulling on easily and staying put. It is light, airy, and patterned in soft yellow and white florals.

• Tiered ruffle hem. Two stacked tiers create volume through the skirt without adding bulk at the waist. The hem is turned with a fine stitch to keep the fabric light and moving freely.
• Built in shorts. Underneath the outer ruffle, we sewn in a soft inner short. It gives you complete coverage during movement while remaining hidden beneath the flare of the skirt.
