We cut these trousers from ribbed corduroy that holds warmth without feeling stiff. The high-rise waist anchors the fit, while vertical front seams run straight down each leg to guide the wide cut. Deep patch pockets sit flat at the front to carry daily items.

• Ribbed corduroy cloth. The fabric has a fine vertical rib that traps warmth for cooler days. It hangs with enough weight to keep the wide shape structured as you walk, softening naturally with wash and wear.
• High rise and front seams. A high-rise cut keeps the waistband seated securely without slipping. Running down the center of each leg, vertical front seams add stability to the cloth and keep the line clean from hip to hem.
