A wide barrel leg gives these cold-weather pants their rounded shape. We built them with an elastic waist, a working drawcord, and substantial side pockets. The dark coffee corduroy holds warmth through early spring and washes soft after a cold cycle.

Barrel leg cut. The leg curves out from the hip and tapers slightly toward the hem, creating a loose barrel shape. It hangs away from the calf without dragging on the ground.
Drawstring waistband. A wide elastic band sits at the natural waist without pinching. We ran an exterior drawcord through the casing so you can tie it looser or tighter.
Corduroy fabric. The ribbed cotton-blend corduroy has enough weight to block a chilly draft. It softens with regular wear while keeping its deep dark coffee tone.
Pockets and wash. Deep side pockets hold everyday items without pulling down the waistband. Wash cold on a gentle cycle, skip the bleach, and tumble dry on low heat.
