We cut this pair with a dropped crotch and a wide, gathered leg that falls into a cropped hem. The dark coffee corduroy has a soft rib that traps warmth for cooler weather without weighing down the cut. An elastic waist pulls on easily and stays settled.

• Elastic pleated waist. The gathered elastic waistband pulls straight on and sits flat without hardware. Small pleats distribute the corduroy volume evenly around the hips so the fabric drops naturally into the wide leg.
