We cut these green capris from a soft, four-way stretch jersey that sits lightly off the skin. The high waistband crosses in a flat V at the front to stay put without binding. Down below, the wide crop finishes with open side slits that vent air while you move.

Crossover high waist. The front band overlaps in a clean V-shape that lies flat against the waist. It pulls on easily and stays in place without a drawstring digging in.
Wide cropped leg. We widened the leg cut from the hip down and cropped it below the knee. Small side slits at each hem give the cloth extra room to swing.
Three pocket layout. Two drop-in side pockets carry daily items on the move. We also tucked a small hidden pocket inside the back waistband for a key or card.
Care and wash. Wash cold on a gentle cycle with like greens and darks. Tumble dry on low heat or hang flat to keep the stretch knit springy.
