We cut this barrel pant from soft ribbed corduroy printed with a vintage sunflower motif over warm brown ground. The leg bows wide through the thigh and calf before narrowing at the ankle, leaving plenty of room through the seat. An elastic waistband keeps the rise flexible through long days of wear.

• Barrel leg shape. The silhouette widens outward through the leg to create a curved barrel line, then pulls back in near the ankle. It keeps the hem out from under your shoes while letting the heavy corduroy drape naturally.
