A relaxed pull-on short cut wide through the thigh so air moves through. We chose a plain linen blend with a clean vertical black stripe that runs straight from the gathered waistband down to the hem. It sits easy around the hips without clinging.

• Elastic waistband and tie. We built the waist with a wide elastic channel and an integrated drawstring. It pulls on quickly, stays flat against the waist, and adjusts without binding when you sit down.
• Straight striped leg. The leg opening is cut wide to keep the fabric away from your skin. Vertical black stripes are aligned down the outside seam, giving the loose profile a steady, grounded line.
• Side entry pockets. Two deep pockets sit right along the side seams. We anchored the pocket bags into the waistband so they stay flat and hold a phone or keys without dragging the hem down.
• Linen blend care. This linen blend softens after washing and lets heat escape through the weave. Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle, shake the legs out straight, and line dry to preserve the natural texture.
