We cut these shorts with a roomy wide leg and front pleats so the fabric clears the thighs entirely. The linen blend is light, open-textured, and finished in a warm mid coffee shade. A wide elastic waistband with a pull cord keeps the rise resting easy at your natural waist.

Wide leg and pleats. Front pleats feed extra volume down into a wide hem that stops around mid-thigh. The opening stays open as you walk, letting warm air vent out rather than clinging to the skin.
Drawstring elastic waistband. We gathered the top over an elastic core and ran a flat cord through the front. It pulls on without fasteners and lets you set the tension where you want it.
Oversized patch pockets. Large square patch pockets sit flat on the front hips. We finished the pocket edges and hem with visible contrast thread that defines the workwear-inspired cut.
Linen blend care. Wash cold or lukewarm on a gentle cycle, then hang them on a line. Linen softens naturally over time. If you prefer a crisp look, press with steam while the cloth is damp.
