We cut these shorts with a wide leg opening so the fabric clears the thigh entirely. The linen blend is light, open in the weave, and holds a relaxed drape through warm afternoons. An elastic waistband with a matching drawstring keeps the high rise anchored without binding.

Wide pleated leg. Front pleats add volume below the waistband, letting the legs fall straight down to mid-thigh. The wide hem leaves plenty of room for airflow when you walk.
Drawstring high rise. The pull-on waist uses a wide elastic band backed by an adjustable cord. It sits high and flat against the hips without digging in during long sits.
Contrast pocket stitching. Large patch pockets on the front carry keys or a phone without pulling the waistband down. We outlined them and the bottom hem with neat contrast thread.
